If you are someone who wants to take the first steps to fitness but you don't know where to start OR if you exercise regularly and need some motivation to get out of your exercise rut, THIS IS FOR YOU! ETC is amazing! They helped prepare me to play college volleyball and I loved every second of my sessions and bootcamp! The trainers are all amazing people and they really know their stuff and care about you individually! When I got on campus I felt fully prepared for conditioning and college ball. Everything I learned in bootcamp and my sessions was what we did as a team. I remember thinking back to bootcamp during conditioning saying to myself that the group from bootcamp were in better shape than some of my teammates. Thanks to bootcamp I was one of the only ones not puking during practice. ETC's team is one-of-a-kind and I am blessed to have them work with me. I just wanted to take the time to Thank you for your hard work and dedication in helping me with my personal fitness program. As you know I am a police officer here in PA and have been for over 16 years. For years I have struggled with finding a workout program that was challenging yet fun at the same time.
At the advice of a family member I attended one of your Boot camps as a guest. I immediately fell in love with your style and the challenges you presented me. Not only have you worked on my specific strengths and weaknesses, but my wife was able to join us and enjoyed it as well.
I have told several of my fellow Officers and their families about you and your program and will continue to attend. I also want you to know I appreciate your respect for what we do, and the fact that you understand we work shift work. I look forward to working out with you for as long as you will have me.

Julie, I went to the Dr. for my checkup today, he was thrilled with my blood test & weight loss. My cholesterol was down to 158 from 183... but the better news was that my LDL's were down 75 pts with a corresponding uptick in HDL's, my triglycerides were down by 75pts as well. My blood pressure is also down by 10 pts on the low number. Thanks- Kurt T. (Boot Camper)

I am definitely getting a strong workout and noticing improvements in my performance. Since it is interval training, you are doing something different every several seconds to a couple of minutes and the hour flies by.- MAB
I am totally addicted to Boot Camp! Actually, I can't imagine my life without it. When I started Boot Camp, I was not in very good physical shape. As a matter of fact, I couldn't run for 30 seconds, every muscle in my body ached, and I was very scared because I just knew I would quit if it got to hard! I am so proud to say - I didn't quit, I can run a whole mile, and am stronger than I have ever been. The encouragement and support I receive is what keeps me coming back at 5:30 every morning!!"- T.H.

The cold mornings were tough, but that made it feel like "boot camp". Clear skies, great people and an excellent teacher made the experience great. Why spend money on equipment, when you can strengthen core muscles by using your own body weight?- J.G.

...boot camp is a bit like childbirth - give it enough time and you forget the pain of getting up at the crack of dawn and then killing yourself for an hour- That being said, sign me up for another four weeks if you can tolerate me- WJ
